Stephen joined Weber Shandwick in June 2019. He is based in the Brussels office and leads the transport and sustainability team. He brings extensive EU affairs expertise ranging from complex advocacy and communication campaigns to trade association management and EU funding/procurement.
Strategic and creative in his approach, Stephen is experienced in working with global companies like Airbus, Anglo American, ExxonMobil, General Motors, JP Morgan, Mastercard and McAfee. He has also managed and worked for a number of trade associations and non-profit organisations including: Hydrogen Europe, Bio-based Industry Consortium (BIC), the European Federation of Pharmaceuticals Industry associations (EFPIA) and the Lebanese American University (LAU).
Prior to joining the agency, Stephen had worked with FTI Consulting in Brussels, as well as within the public sector.
A British and a French national, Stephen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Assas, a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science & Economics as well as a Master’s in Public Affairs from the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
Stephen also underwent military training for reservist officers in the French Land Forces.
